"Fantastic Holiday"
The apartment was fantastic, very clean, a wonderful view, great location within walking distance to everything. The staff on reception were so lovely, extremely friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be returning for another break away!

"Loved this place!!"
The staff are fabulous, they give the old fashioned service that you just don’t see much of these days. We had to postpone our original trip due to risk of cyclone, they I’d not charge us a cost for this and worked hard to get us there asap for a visit. The pool, sauna, spa was lovely. Hotel is very central to shops, food and so close to the beach, the apartment is a but older but it did not matter, the views were spectacular. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back! Our children 14,13 and 8 loved it too! Grateful that level 1 takes you directly to the shops, woolies when it’s raining.

"Christmas holidays"
Our stay at Points North is always enjoyable. The staff are absolutely amazing, and always go above expectations to ensure we have a lovely time. We have been staying there for the last 10 years and look forward to many more years to come.

"Always brilliant"
This place is brilliant. Staff are so helpful and friendly.
Have tried many holiday places. Points North is best we’ve ever had. Don’t need to take the car out for the whole 2 weeks. Won’t go anywhere else. 5 stars.

"Absolutely Wonderful!!!"
This was my 8th time staying with Points North and it never fails to disappoint. The staff are all wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The views are fantastic plus you are in walking distance to everything to eat and drink plus the beach just over the road. I would recommend Points North to everyone from families to couples and singles. I certainly will be back again and again.

"Amazing"
“This was my twin daughters favourite ever holiday I have taken them on. Amazing apartment with beautiful view, so spacious, perfect location, loved the pools. Staff were so friendly and kind. We will ring directly next time to book again soon!

"Great holiday!"
Upon looking at different options for our trip to Coolangatta, we went with Points North and are very happy we did! Before check-in, we received a text to inform us our room was ready if we wanted to check in slightly earlier. When arriving, the ladies at reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was situated on the 14th floor with a magnificent view of Greenmount Beach – an added treat was seeing whales from our balcony every morning. The hotel itself was perfectly located, with Woolies and lots of food options right downstairs. We enjoyed spending time in the heated pools. The kids wading pool was perfect for our two young kids. The apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A trip we will remember and will definitely be back!

"Fabulous stay"
Our room was ideal, clean & spacious. The hotel location is so convenient for shopping, restaurants, travel & beach access directly across the road is a bonus. A minor hiccup with our room booking was handled with professionalism by the team who adjusted accommodations immediately with good grace. The Management & team are the best we’ve come across. They are bright, cheerful, welcoming & very personable. So good, we’ve booked for next year!
